About Us

Jason and Christine Benegasi wanted to open a fine dining restaurant in Beaver County for some time, but had been unable to find the right location. When they realized that there was a space available on the main street in Beaver, they knew that this was the perfect home for their restaurant concept, Biba.

Biba is an upscale, seasonal Latin restaurant. The menu continually changes because it is based on the freshest ingredients that are currently in season. Biba focuses on using local ingredients and vendors. All of the food is fresh and made to order. The chef/owner, Jason Benegasi, is constantly coming up with new and innovative menu ideas influenced by South America, Central America and the Caribbean.
